How to get paypal to release your funds

I have a way to get paypal to release your funds.
You simply refund the payer (Person who got your funds on lock) a small amount ($.10 cents) works just fine, and the funds will be released from lock. Worked for me on a recent purchase where a buyer tried to screw me.
