> Boot the windows Xp Cd

> After all the files are completely loaded, you get the option to select the partition. Select “c”.

> Now Format the partition, whether it is normal or quick with NTFS or FAT

> Once the formatting is completed, All the setup files required for installation are copied.Restart your   system by pressing Enter.Now, here begins the Simple trick to save 10-15 minutes.

>After rebooting, you get a screen where it takes 40 minutes to complete or finalize the OSinstallation.

>Now, Press SHIFT + F10 Key -> This opens command prompt.

>Type “Taskmgr” and press enter. This will open Task Manager.

>Click the Process Tab, here we find a process Setup.exe. Right Click on Setup.exe and Set Priority -> Select High or Above Normal. Initially it will be Normal

Please arrange all these requirement before going in to process

1) Your Phone should be rooted

2) You should have unlocked bootloader

3. Android Sdk Should Be Installed
(To Install Sdk, visit HERE)

 3) CM 10 Rom zip 

(Download From HERE)

4) CM 10 boot.img  
(Download From HERE)

If You Have Did all that things Which I said in above requirements part then go for below steps

Steps To Update The FirmWare/Rom

Step 1 

Download the cm 10 zip and place it in the internal memory of the phone

Step 2 

Download the boot.img and place it in the "platform-tools" folder of Sdk.
(Location mainly:  C:\Program files\android\android-sdk\platform-tools) 

Step 3 

Put your phone in Fastboot Mode
(To enter into fastboot mode do this : Switch off your phone, Now hold the volume up + and plugging in usb cable)

Step 4 

A. Now goto C:\programfiles\android\android-sdk\

B. Press & hold Shift Key in keyboard,at same time right click on the platform-tools folder & select open command window here.
 

Step 5

Type this command "fastboot flash boot boot.img" (without this ") 
and after it completes
 type this bellow command "fastboot reboot" (without this ")

Step 6

Switch on the phone and the led will be pink for 3 secs.
Within this time, press the volume up key.
 The phone will now boot up into recovery

 Step 7

 From the recovery - do this one by one.
a. Choose wipe data 
b. Wipe dalvik cache 
c. Choose flash zip from sd card 
d. Now chose the cm10 zip. 
flash it

Google’s Gmail phone client competes in a small way with Microsoft’s Skype service. 13. Windows Key + . (period key): Docks the current Windows 8-style application to the right or left, depending on how many times you hit it.

14. Windows Key +Number Key (1-9): Switch to desktop mode and make the Nth application on the task bar active where N is the number key you hit and 1 is the furthest taskbar icon to the left.

15. Windows Key + Z: Brings up app menu, which shows contextual options for the active app.
